PARKING: If available, please use the  driveway at 3722 Carp Rd. There is also street parking in front of the building, or across the street in the parking lot.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Please email samanthastorozukrmt@gmail.com if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment in less than 24 hours.

Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee, while those who don't show up for their appointment will be charged the full appointment fee.

I will do my best to provide 24 hours notice in the event I have to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
